Owner Operator of the Month – May 2025: Roger Lawson
We’re excited to recognize Roger Lawson as TSH’s Owner Operator of the Month for May 2025! Roger has been a valued part of the TSH family since February 2021, consistently demonstrating dedication, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
While on the road, Roger enjoys staying connected by chatting with his fellow trucker friends and family. His most memorable load with TSH? Hauling Bridgestone Tires—a job that stood out in his journey with us.
Outside of work, Roger keeps things active and adventurous. He enjoys skateboarding and running on trails, embracing the outdoors whenever he can.
When asked what advice he’d give to other Owner Operators, Roger keeps it simple and practical:
“Make sure you stay on top of things that need to get done on the truck.”
What does he value most about being part of TSH?
“It’s pretty laid back and cool,” he says—a sentiment we’re proud to hear.
Roger credits his success to working hard and not giving up, a mindset that truly reflects the spirit of TSH.
