Flatbed & Stepdeck Trucking

TSH specializes in flatbed trucking, and can transport freight via irregular routes throughout North America. With a fleet of approximately 600 trucks, we can transport up to 47,000-pound loads. Our knowledgeable team of contractors is equipped to manage even the most difficult situations. From securing a load to handling unfavorable weather conditions, all of our fully-equipped units carry vinyl-coated tarps, straps, chains, and binders.

However, we understand that some loads cannot be moved with a standard flatbed truck. That’s why we also offer stepdeck trucking services, which allows us to move taller, oversized loads on an open deck platform. All of our stepdeck trailers can transport up to 44,000 pounds, and some trailers are equipped with container locks. With safety at the forefront, our experienced team understands the requirements in place to ensure that your load is handled properly. We also have a group of permit experts on staff that can provide permits as needed, and map out specific routes for oversized loads. Our office personnel and owner operators take a proactive, hands-on approach to ensure your loads are delivered safely and on time every time.

Specialized & Heavy Hauling

We have the capability to haul overweight and overdimensional loads with our specialized fleet of multi-axle trailers (up to 13 axles) and RGN trailers. Our specialized and heavy haul division work with customers from the engineering design phase up to delivery and installation. We provide various specialized services including initial transportation engineering analysis, site analysis and preparation, rigging services, offsite laydown yards, local/state negotiations for routing, and agricultural transportation services. Having these capacities allows us to tailor to your unique needs, ensuring that your freight arrives in tact. Our in-house team of transportation professionals understand the importance of meeting strict safety guidelines that affect even the most complex loads, and our GPS-enabled equipment provides you with visibility every step of the way.

Brokerage Network

Our extensive network of partner carriers undergo a rigorous vetting process to confirm that they are capable of moving your freight. Our knowledgeable staff monitors your moving loads continuously to ensure compliance with all DOT and CSA regulations. Additionally, our insurance guarantees all liability on any loads contracted through our partner carriers. You can count on our team to manage your loads with care and accuracy throughout every step of the process.

International

In addition to hauling all over the United States, we also provide through-trailer services throughout Mexico and Canada. Our fully-staffed Laredo terminal supports our service commitments established between the U.S. and Mexico, primarily servicing Monterrey, Guadalajara and Mexico City. Our Laredo team also has contracts with several qualified Mexican motor carriers so you can avoid potential delays or additional costs associated with transloading. Furthermore, we service all provinces in Canada.
