OCTOBER 2023 Owner Operator of the Month – Nijel Young
is the Owner-Operator of the Month for October 2023. Behind the wheel, he immerses himself in blues and old-school R&B tunes, occasionally tuning in to football and baseball. Outside work, Nijel cherishes moments with his children, revels in pre-game festivities during football season, and indulges in his passion for cooking and barbecuing. Reflecting on his work, Nijel finds value in every haul, believing that each load holds unique moments that leave a lasting imprint on his memory.

“Time management. Don’t select a load just for a good rate, look for a good location”
