NOVEMBER 2023 Owner Operator of the Month – Juan Meza
Juan has been hauling with TSH for over a decade. Consistently a top earner with us, Juan engages his mind while driving by observing the traffic and his surroundings. Juan says every haul with TSH feels like an adventure, but one Missouri loading, in particular, stands out. Outside of work, he cherishes spending time with family, hosting barbecues, and avidly following NFL games, especially supporting the Cowboys.
What advice would you offer to other owner-operators?
My advice would be to cultivate patience.
What aspect of being with TSH do you appreciate the most?
I highly value TSH’s willingness to support and collaborate through all situations.
What factors have contributed to your success?
The key to my success has been consistently having reliable equipment by my side.
