February 2023 Owner Operator of the Month – William Fain
William has been hauling with TSH since July 2022. He passes the time while driving by planning his day and listening to music. When he’s not on the road, he enjoys cooking, working around the house, and spending time with his kids and grandson.
William advises other OOs to “Be consistent, make your deliveries on time, watch your fuel usage, and pick loads that benefit you.” He values TSH because “I get to do what I want to do; I am not forced to do things; the people I have worked with are willing to help me, they want you to succeed; and the fact that I am treated like a true owner/operator.” Adding that “My dispatcher, the freight people, and the agents” have helped him to be successful.
