October 2022 Owner Operator of the Month – Michael Ware

 

Michael recently celebrated 13 years with TSH. He also represented TSH at the Tennessee Truck Driving Championships this year. He passes the time while driving listening to music and talking with other drivers, coaching them and helping with their problems on the road. When he’s not on the road, he’s a family man – loves to cook and spend time with the grandkids! Michael’s advice to other OOs is, “Find a lane that works and stay in it.” When asked what has helped him to be successful, he says, “The freedom to pick and choose my own freight and always having someone (Kelly) to call when I have a problem. And the company’s willingness to work with me through tough situations. Always been treated like family.”
