November 2017 Owner Operator of the Month: Joseph Rought Jr.

It is with great pleasure that we announce that Joseph Rought Jr. has been named TSH Owner Operator of the Month for November 2017!
Joe has been with his high school sweetheart since he was 16 years old, together for 31 years! They have three daughters and a granddaughter that’s 5.
What do you value most about being at TSH?
“Consistency. The freight is there. Never had a problem with anything, really. I’ve been doing this for 24 years. TSH is one of the best ones I’ve work for so far. I am really happy here!”
What has helped you to be successful?
“Have a few friends that work here and that I’ve helped recruit over he re. We all work together. If they’re watching the load board they’ll call and notify me of loads that pop up.”
What’s your advice to other OO’s?
“When the day comes and you think you know it all you should hang it up. I’ve been doing it for 24 years and I’m still learning everyday. Be open to suggestions. Just because you’ve been doing it the same way for years don’t mean it’s wrong but somebody might have a better idea or a better way of doing it. Just be open to suggestions.”

Please join us in congratulating Joseph on being named November Owner Operator of the Month!
