Celebrating Excellence: Tinker Gill Named December 2025 Owner Operator of the Month

 

At TSH, we are proud to recognize the hardworking people who keep freight moving safely every day. This month, we’re highlighting Tinker Gill as our December Owner Operator of the Month. Tinker has been with TSH since 2018, and his steady reliability and strong work ethic have made him an important part of our team.

On the road, Tinker keeps himself entertained with murder mystery radio shows and still carries a classic road atlas, something he likes to have on hand even in a digital world. One load he remembers well was a challenging trip he and Noah Trent, last month’s winner, handled together. They made their way up a steep gravel mountain road, a haul that called for patience, communication, and experience.

Off the road, Tinker enjoys spending time with his family and believes in keeping a healthy balance between work and home. When asked what advice he would give other Owner Operators, he offered a simple but solid thought: “Utilize your resources.”

For him, the best part of working with TSH is the earning potential and the freedom to operate independently. He also credits much of his success to building strong relationships with agents, brokers, dispatchers, and other drivers. Even for independent contractors, having a good network makes a difference.
