Our Story

The Cofield Terminal began with a simple phone call. Former TSH owner operator Bobby Pace knew that he needed a change in his career, as being on the road with a wife and kids was becoming increasingly difficult. One day Bobby received a call from the owners of TSH, and they asked Bobby if he would be interested in learning more about what they were doing in Cofield. This was just the opportunity Bobby was looking for, so he moved his family to Cofield to start a new life, and in 2001 the Cofield terminal was born. Bobby’s wife, June, came on board shortly thereafter. They have worked together over the years to grow the Cofield terminal into what it is today. What started as a small office that managed 10 trailers on two acres is now a terminal that manages approximately 200 trucks on 60 acres.

Bobby Pace is responsible for ensuring that there is a reliable crew on staff to keep terminal operations running 12 hours a day, 5-6 days a week in addition to running five forklifts and five yard trucks. He also maintains customer relationships and assists with dispatching loads as needed. As a former over-the-road driver, Bobby understands the unique challenges that drivers face, and is able to offer helpful advice to TSH owner operators. Before joining TSH in 2001, Bobby was an owner operator, and even did a stint in a TSH truck in 1992! In his free time, Bobby enjoys camping. He is also an amateur radio operator with the call sign W4TSH.

June Pace is accountable for managing the office employees to ensure that they have all of the training and tools they need to perform their daily functions efficiently. Additionally, she assists yard employees and drivers in any way she can, whether it’s addressing a complaint or handling a safety issue. She also works with customers to gain feedback and confirm that she and her team are providing the best possible service. June joined TSH in 2001 and has enjoyed being a part of the company growth over the years. Prior to becoming the assistant operations manager, June was an agent for TSH. She enjoys camping, reading, and spending time with her two daughters.
