Celebrating Excellence: Rogelio Navarro Named TSH’s August 2026 Owner Operator of the Month

TSH is proud to recognize Rogelio Navarro as the August 2026 Owner Operator of the Month, honoring his dedication, perseverance, and commitment to both his business and his family. Rogelio’s positive attitude and strong work ethic make him an outstanding representative of the values that drive success at TSH.

A Professional Truck Driver Who Embraces the Journey

As an experienced owner operator, Rogelio approaches every trip with focus and purpose. While on the road, he enjoys listening to music and podcasts to stay engaged throughout the day. One special item that always rides along with him is his son’s teddy bear, serving as a reminder of the family that motivates him every mile of the journey.

One of Rogelio’s most memorable experiences with TSH did not involve a load or a delivery. Instead, it was the opportunity to take a long-planned family vacation to Orlando. At one point, it appeared he might not be able to make the trip, but everything came together, allowing him to spend valuable time with his loved ones. The experience reinforced the importance of family and the balance he works hard to maintain between business and personal life.

Life Outside the Truck

When Rogelio is not hauling freight, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and going out to eat together. Whether at home or on the road, family remains at the center of everything he does.

His advice for other owner operators is straightforward:

“Study your route before you leave.”

This simple but effective advice reflects the importance of preparation and planning in the trucking industry. Taking the time to understand a route before departure can help drivers operate more efficiently, avoid unnecessary stress, and stay focused on delivering excellent service.

Growing with TSH

One of the things Rogelio values most about TSH is the opportunity it provides to do what he loves while supporting his family. He appreciates being able to continue growing professionally while building a better future for those who matter most.

When asked what has contributed to his success, Rogelio points to the perseverance, dedication, and motivation of his family. Their support inspires him to keep moving forward and helps fuel the determination that has allowed him to achieve his goals.

Celebrating Owner Operator Success

Rogelio’s dedication, professionalism, and commitment to his family make him a deserving recipient of this recognition. His story serves as a reminder that success in trucking is built not only on hard work, but also on purpose, perseverance, and the people who motivate us along the way.

Congratulations to Rogelio Navarro, TSH’s August 2026 Owner Operator of the Month. Thank you for your continued dedication to TSH, our customers, and the trucking profession. We are proud to have you as part of Team TSH. 🚛🏆
