January 2025 Owner Operator of the Month – Michaeland Sheena Hatcher

We are thrilled to announce that Michaeland Sheena Hatcher have been selected as TSH’s Owner Operators of the Month for January 2025! This recognition is particularly special as they are the first team to ever receive this honor. As a married couple, Michael and Sheena drive together, building their business and achieving their goals side by side. While on the road, they enjoy each other’s company, often talking and listening to their favorite artists, Sade and Toni Braxton. One of their most memorable experiences was hauling AC units to a prison in California, a unique load that stands out in their journey with TSH.
Outside of work, Michael and Sheena cherish family outings with their kids and love attending comedy shows on date nights. Their advice to other Owner Operators is practical and insightful: Michael emphasizes the importance of paying attention to the bottom dollar and being profitable, while Sheena advises staying consistently loaded. They value the strong communication and teamwork at TSH, where everyone works together daily to support the drivers. Their success is rooted in a strong, consistent work ethic, always striving to provide for their family.
TSH doesn’t have many teams that drive for us, making Michael and Sheena’s achievement even more remarkable.
